I'll admit it, I had my doubts when the project started.  Right in the middle of the lava field.  First house on the street.  Surrounded by black rock.  But what sprung from the ground became amazingly beautifully.

The only thing better than the beautiful home and absolutely cool electronics package was the family that occupied its space.  A couple from Tustin, CA looking to build a get-a-way place to call their own.  The home was built for entertaining family and guests with two master suites, game room, home theater, swimming pool, water fountains, bunk beds, and a view to die for.  It was a pleasure working with the owners and seeing their vision come to fruition.

The gentleman of the home has a very technical background (engineering and space satellites come to mind) so expectations were high.  The clients wanted a centralized control system to access everything in the home with a common iPad/iPhone interface.  As this was a vacation home, remote access was also a requirement.  This project has a sophisticated lighting system, a luxurious automation system, and a strong network to ensure connectivity.  Everything turned out perfectly.  All lighting, TVs and video, the theater, surveillance cameras, fireplaces and fire pits, window shades, HVAC, garage access, and music throughout compliment each other and greatly enhance the user experience, which says a lot in this beautiful home.
